Relaxation Evenings

I host two relaxation evenings a month in County Roscommon, the evenings last around 60 minutes and include:

​

  • Journal prompts (pens & notebooks provided on the night)

  •  Breathwork 

  •  Mindfulness exercises

  •  Guided meditations 

  •  Connecting with likeminded people

  •  Refreshments to close the session
